From user research to code to launch - I bridge the gap between understanding people and building things they love.
I blend technical skills with a cognitive science background and a user-first mindset to create meaningful experiences. Right now I'm focusing on research with the Cornell Future of Learning Lab with Chitter Chatter, figuring out how language learners navigate conversational closure with AI chat models and how tensions could be mitigated through better design.
I'm also doing miscellaneous contract work ranging from product development to software engineering.

Approach

Bias for action. I prefer building and testing over endless planning. Tangible work helps teams make better decisions and move forward.

I work fast. Quick iteration cycles let us test assumptions early and pivot before investing too much in the wrong direction.

Design with business in mind. I don't design in a vacuum. Every decision ties back to user needs and product goals.

Cross-functional by default. I translate between engineers, designers, and business stakeholders so everyone stays aligned and moving forward.
